Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available yet — we're working on it.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order. Once you place your order, production typically takes a few days, then your item ships. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as it's dispatched. Allow 2–3 weeks from order to delivery.
Why is it "made to order"?
Because we don't believe in overproduction. Every piece is made when you buy it — no warehouse full of unsold stock, no waste. It takes a little longer, but the quality is worth it.
Can I return my order?
Because every piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for sizing or preference changes. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
What sizes do you carry?
Most pieces are available in S through 2XL. Check the individual product page for exact sizing. Our fits run oversized — if you're between sizes, size down.
How should I care for my piece?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Iron on low if needed, avoiding any printed area. Following these instructions keeps the snow-wash finish and fleece quality intact.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin production quickly, so cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us at the address on the Contact page as soon as possible.
