Made to Order — Final Sale
Because every Cresta Apex piece is made specifically for you, all orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, preference, or change of mind.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. Our pieces are intentionally oversized — when in doubt, size down.
Defects, Damage, and Misprints
If your item arrives defective, damaged in shipping, or with a misprint, we will replace it or issue a full refund — your choice. To request this:
1. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include a clear photo of the issue.
3. We'll respond within 48 hours with a resolution.
Claims made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll ship the correct one at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
